Poweroff and Reboot

【PowerOff】

• 通常是寫值到ISA Bridge的PM1BASE
• 可以用 debug command 直接 out dx,ax。

【Reboot】

• 送資料到 port60，模擬keyboard的動作。

【Alt-Ctrl-Del】

• 暖開機，由OS/軟體去處理，觸發Reboot的動作。
