【電腦】Turn win7 ahci mode on

原本再安裝win7的時候，如果你的BIOS沒有設成ahcimode，基本上win7是不會enable ahci driver的。這樣就會造成如果你安裝完之後在bios切到ahci mode 電腦會無法開機。

這時候就要再切回原本的mode，開機之後坐下面的動作把ahci driver enable。

  1. Exit all Windows-based programs.
  2. Click Start, type regedit in the Start Search box, and then press ENTER.
  3. If you receive the User Account Control dialog box, click Continue.
  4. Locate and then click the following registry subkey:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Msahci
  5. In the right pane, right-click Start in the Name column, and then click Modify.
  6. In the Value data box, type 0, and then click OK.
  7. On the File menu, click Exit to close Registry Editor.

【Shell】dd用法

dd的seek用法，有一個seek參數比較少用

  1. seek=blocks
    在拷貝之前，跳過輸出檔案的前blocks塊，每塊大小為obs-byte字節。(MBR是第 0sector/0block)
    ex.
    dd if=file(image) of=dest_disk(/dev/sdc) seek=16
  2. 查看dd進度
    ex.
    $dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/null& pid=$!
    $kill -USR1 $pid; sleep 1; kill $pid

ZO TECH SD201BT

這款機器有個方便的地方，它的搜尋程式 SDisk.jar 有mac版的。
讓我可以直接在mac上使用。

用了幾天，除了

  • 用iTunes 在讀取時會讓 SD201BT當機(原因不明，猜是機器的error handing沒做好)
  • 透過Samba在傳大檔Router會掛點以外(這部分可能是我的Router的本身問題)的以外

我喜歡用他來下載坊間很難找到的60/70年代嬉皮音樂影帶。
聽一聽真有點時光到流的感覺，人也感覺放鬆很多。
目前服役了四天，感覺還不錯用。

記的跑 BT 的話要把 Router 的 DMZ 指到這台。

本來想買無線話機的，不過看到 Dlink DHA-130 剛好在特價。思考了一下，其實和買無線話機的價格差不多，也比免主機的Skype話機便宜。所以抱著姑且一試的心理，先一隻試看看。後來用的感覺很不賴，所以又買了一隻放公司讓老婆大人能方便找到我(我不喜歡用公司的電話拿來打私人用途的電話，手機有時也轉靜音會漏接老婆的電話)。

優點如下

  1. 支援傳統式電話(PSTN)和網路電話(Voip)。
  2. 價格親民，我買到17xx。
  3. 支援網路電話簿很方便，但目前無法輸入中文。
  4. 電池不是打pack的，以後老化要自行更換很方便。

但目前還找不到地方去調整音量，也沒支援中文，螢幕和桉鍵對老年人算吃力，且無法經由PSTN撥入。如果這些能改善，價格壓在1999，
應該也能令人接受吧。

以下是網路看來的，有人說有用有人說沒有用。
不過還是試看看。

這色調是眼科專家配置，長時間使用會很有效 舒緩眼睛疲勞，
保護眼睛。

桌面->右鍵->內容->外觀->進階－>項目選擇（視窗）、
第一個顏色選項（L）選擇（其它）
將色調改為：85。
飽和度(濃度)：123。
亮度：205
－>添加到自定義顏色
－>在自定義顏色選定確定－>確定
Then 所有文檔都 再不是刺眼 白底黑字，而是非常柔和 豆沙綠色，
這色調是眼科專家配置 ，長時間使用會很有效 舒緩眼睛疲勞，保護眼睛。

MS Word的校閱修訂

有時候看到一些Word檔都會有記錄比如說在這一版裡面新增那些東西， 拿掉那些東西。類似版本控制來讓讀者知道那邊是更新的地方。
這功能參考下面的文章就可做到。

  1. 在比對的Word檔按右鍵，帶出TortoiseSVN。
  2. 選取Show Log，選取你要比對的兩個版本，按下Compare Versions。

公司用的是 Open WebMail，將信轉到Gmail方便以後出差時看信與回信。

【Open WebMail】

  • Open WebMail/個人偏好設定/信件轉寄到:(填入要轉寄到的Gmail address)
  • 將 "保留備份" 取消

  • 設定/帳戶和匯入/透過其它地址傳送郵件
  • 透過設定將Gmail寄出的郵件變出公司的郵件地址。

在RH9安裝Subversion

所以還是嘗試在RH9安裝Subversion。

【Installation Procedure】

  1. openssl installation
    - skip this step, OpenSSL 0.9.6b already in our workspace
  2. apr/apr-util/neon installation
    - download code form http://subversion.tigris.org/
    - below command only FYR
    3. # get subversion-deps-1.6.1.tar.bz2
